How to iMessage on iPhone

How to iMessage on iPhone 4S, 4 and 3Gs, first of all to get iMessage download and updated to new iOS 5, plugging your iphone in to your PC and syncing to iTunes then going to the apps store. iMessage is built-in so its not a seperate app but is part of the standard Messages app under “Messages”, a green box with a white speech balloon.

How to use iMessage on iPhone, both you and friends (the receiver) have to have iOS5 and iMessage and make sure set to “ON” in settings (the bubbles are blue). When the bubbles are green, it’s means your friend does not have an iPhone with iOS 5 and gives you an error when you sending message to your friend. To use it follow the next easy steps, Open Message -> Create new message -> Send message. In the message settings you can turn off iMessage if you dont want to use it.

iOS 5 features iMessage also brings free texting to iPad and iPod touch, but you need wifi to use those apps. It’s works using email adresses rather than cell phone numbers. You can enter existing contacts into the ‘To’ box, but only if they have a valid email address listed and they are using iOS 5.
